My total points went down after i placed an order. what gives?

When you earn enough points to get a reward, we automatically convert the points to a reward for you. Don't worry, you didn't lose your points!

Now that i've earned a reward, how do i redeem it?

You can redeem a reward by ordering the redeemable item next time you're at Firehouse Subs. Just provide your rewards account phone number before you pay and we'll automatically apply the reward.

Note that only one reward is redeemable per transaction. If more than one qualifying item is added to the order, the reward discount will apply to the item of lowest value.


I downloaded the app, but why can’t I use the website anymore?

Because our smartphone app has additional functionality, our guests can use either the application or the website. If you've checked out our app but decided you'd like to return to using only the website, please email our technical support team with your request at firehousesubs@rlvt.net.

How do I earn a different reward?

Just sign into your rewards account and click "edit rewards" to select a different reward.

What if I forgot to give my phone number when I ordered?

Use the Contact link below and send us a copy or photo of your receipt to request credit.
